INFORMATION & TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
❏ All content I make is 100% produced by me. This means I compose everything myself, but it also means NO AI!
❏ Speaking of AI, using your commission to source AI is absolutely prohibited and I will personally ensure a spot in jail for you.
❏ I accept payment through PayPal, Cashapp, & Venmo.
*Other forms of payment can be discussed!
❏ Payment must be delivered upfront in its total amount before I begin working on your commission.
❏ The speed in which your commission is finished will vary vastly -- especially if you're interested in something wait-listed. A deadline will be discussed more thoroughly through messages, but most projects will need at the very least one month to be completed.
❏ You reserve the right to cancel a commission and receive a refund up to one week following your payment.

MUSIC
❏ By commissioning me, you understand I am not selling my music, I am selling a service. I reserve ownership of any content I produce, and I require the proper credit is attributed to me wherever you choose to share it.
❏ You are NOT allowed to distribute your commission to services like Spotify, iTunes, etc. where the commission could be directly used for monetary gain or royalties, regardless of whether or not proper credit is attributed.
❏ Similarly, I am NOT allowed to sell, distribute, or share your commission under my own platforms without explicit permission from you.
❏ Indirect monetization of your commission is allowed, but I ask you please double-check with me prior to using it to ensure this doesn't breach on the above terms. Some examples of indirect monetization: using your commission for an animation to post on YouTube where it could make money off of adsense, or using your commission in a video game you made that you plan to sell.
❏ Exceptions to the above terms can be discussed further depending on your project! But in any case, credit will ALWAYS be required.DENIAL OF SERVICE

❏ I will deny producing anything hateful, harmful, illegal, or otherwise immoral.
